is a luxury log villa completed in 2023 in Ruovesi Murolee, an hour from Tampere.

The villa comfortably accommodates 10 people.

Huge terrace areas with tables and sun loungers, as well as a separate campfire area, invite you to enjoy a cosy get-together.

The villa's large glass walls offer views of Lake Näsijärvi.

A separate catering kitchen allows catering staff to work without disturbing guests.

There is a carport for three cars and ample parking space in the yard.

You can also arrive by your own boat ( large dock). In summer, the steamboat Tarjanne brings you to the Murole canal, a couple of kilometers from the villa.

The villa rental starts from 950€ / day.
Guests will be charged an additional 230€ for final cleaning and 17€ per person for sheets and towels.
Outdoor hot tub at an extra price of 230€.
You can use the spacious beach sauna and the fireplace for an additional 350€.

It's easy to come to us with your own car. Our address is Uimosentie 75, 34410 Murole.
In summer, you can also arrive on the inland waterway boat Tarjanne, which operates on Lake Näsijärvi between Tampere and Virrat. The boat stops at the Murolee canal, 2.5 km from the villa.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate kitchen for catering. The villa also has a freezer.
Guests bring their own catering, but we can also help with catering.
The booking is binding from the moment of booking.
The person making the reservation must be 22 years of age, and the villa will not be made available to the customer if all guests are underage.
Terms of payment
Payment method: invoicing in two instalments.
The first instalment (50%) must be paid within 7 days of booking.
The balance (50%) must be paid 14 days before the start of the booking.
If the booking is less than 21 days from the start date, full payment is due immediately.
The villa will not be made available to the customer if the rent has not been paid in full in advance.
Customer's right to cancel and modify the reservation
Cancellations must always be made without delay, at least 14 days before the start of the rental period. Cancellation must be made in writing to the following e-mail address anna@villajalokari.fi.
The cancellation takes effect when the tenant has confirmed receipt of the information.
The customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid in advance if the cancellation is made 14 days before the start of the booking.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the booking will not be refunded.
If the customer changes the date of the reservation, it will be considered as a cancellation of the previous reservation and a new reservation.
Owner's right to cancel
In case of force majeure, the owner of the rental property has the right to cancel the reservation and the customer must be informed as soon as possible. The customer is then entitled to a refund of any payments made in advance. The owner also has the right to cancel the booking if the customer has not complied with the payment terms.
